One Breath: A Reflection on Freediving - Go Freediving have been teaching at Vobster for the past eighteen years and Emma has also spent over a decade working with swimmers, including Olympic and Paralympic medal winners Keri-Anne Payne, Cassie Patton, Ellie Simmonds and Alice Tai. Learning to freedive isn't just an amazing way to explore under the surface at Vobster, it's also a way to improve your breathing and water confidence.
RAID FREEDIVER COURSE
The two day
RAID Freediver course is a fantastic introduction to the world of freediving. Prior to attending the practical elements of the course you will have a short theory course to complete in your own time at home. You will also have access to our online video tutorial library containing more than 18 recordings made by the Go Freediving team, to help you improve your confidence and technique before the practical elements of the course.
All theory materials, certification charges, and professional kit and wetsuits are provided and our courses are held at the beautiful location of Vobster Quay. They also have the highest instructor / student ratios on our courses so you will be encouraged to progress at your own pace. Taught by some of the world's most experienced instructors and providing unrivalled materials and support, no other course offers such a comprehensive package, safety record and wealth of experience.
By the end of the weekend you could be diving to depths up to 20 metres in the most relaxed and safe manner possible. You'll dive Vobster's famous submerged boats, trucks, cars and planes, swim through shoals of beautiful fish and learn new skills to take your love of water to the next level!
